Today I got one of those mass e-mail forwards from my good friend Dr. Kim McCuistion at the King Ranch Institute for Ranch Management, which was a forward from another friend, Todd McCartney of Working Ranch Magazine. The e-mail was featuring a new web site created by two college students from Oklahoma State University, Amy Brown from Texas and Anna-Lisa Giannini from Oklahoma.
The purpose of this blog is to educate the public about affordable recipes that feature beef. I thought it was a very neat web site, and I applaud these young ladies for stepping up and doing something that benefits all of us who are beef producers.
