RHD Points of Contact

Years ago, Ranch House Designs, Inc. started with one person. It was a one-woman show where the same person answered the phones, did the designs, did the billing, and cleaned the office. Today, 1500 clients later, it takes a small army of extremely organized and detail-oriented team members to keep this well-oiled machine running as smooth as it does.

At any given time, we have anywhere from 70 to 150 projects on our books, in addition to the 550+ websites we manage full time. That means lots of deadlines, lots of instructions, and lots of photos floating around. Lots of people ask us...How do you do it!? How do you keep from getting the projects mixed up? Well, obviously it's a lot of personal attention, and the fact that we know all of our clients by name and understand the innerworkings of their businesses.

But, a clear chain of command helps! :) Here is a glimpse at how we keep the wheel's greased here at RHD:
